A Family Passion

At the heart of Pinnacle Brewing is a rich legacy of family ties and a deep devotion to the craft of brewing. It all began with Bob, a passionate home brewer in the 1990s who dreamed of opening a brewery in Kauai - plans that were put on hold with the arrival of his children. Inspired by his father, Wyatt began his brewing journey during his freshman year at Chico State, where he often found himself learning more in the Sierra Nevada hop orchards than in the library. His passion for brewing led him to transfer to Olds College in Alberta, Canada, where he graduated with a degree in Brewmaster and Brewery Operations at just 21.

Wyatt's hands-on experience was further honed at renowned breweries like Dust Bowl Brewing in California, Monkless Belgian Ales in Oregon, and Mash Lab Brewing in Colorado. His education extended beyond the classroom through enriching travels to Czechia, Germany, Belgium, England, and other countries steeped in brewing tradition. Now, based in Scottsdale, Pinnacle Brewing draws inspiration from the long-standing tradition of craft brewing, offering unique interpretations of classic styles. We are excited to share our passion and carefully crafted brews with our community, celebrating both innovation and tradition in every pour.
